2. Digital Products

All digital products sold on Faith to Heal are delivered electronically and may include:

• PDF healing guides

• Digital ebooks

• Spiritual or faith-based materials

• Private downloadable content

Access & Use

Once purchased and delivered, you will receive access via download or digital delivery. You agree not to copy, resell, or redistribute any content.

 

 

3. 1:1 Private Guidance / Sharing Sessions

We may offer 1:1 private sessions, chat guidance, or personal spiritual support.

Nature of Service

1:1 services are considered fully delivered once the session is booked, started, or completed.

Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed on the website or payment page. Payment must be made in full before access is granted.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Digital Products

​

All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered or accessed.

Exceptions may only be made if:

• Duplicate payment occurred

• File is not received due to technical issues

• File is corrupted and cannot be replaced

• Unauthorized transaction (proof required)

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

5.2 1:1 Services

​

All 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once booked or delivered, including:

• Completed sessions

• Missed appointments (no-shows)

• Late arrival resulting in reduced time

• Early termination by client

 

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Refunds or replacement sessions may only be given if:

• Service was not delivered due to our side

• Technical issues prevented the session from happening

6. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from Faith to Heal, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate

• You can access digital files (PDF/ebooks)

• You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions

• You understand digital products cannot be returned once delivered

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer details.

7. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend access to all products and services

• Block future purchases

• Provide transaction and service records to payment providers
